You are solely responsible for obtaining necessary permissions from your landlord, housing corporation, or university before subletting. You are responsible for any damages, unpaid rent, or legal issues arising from your sublet.

To the maximum extent permitted by EU law, Maasport and its creators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to: property damage, theft, personal injury, cancelled sublets, fraud, or disputes between users. You use this platform and enter into sublets entirely at your own risk.

4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or receive consistent negative reviews.
